CULTIVOS AL AIRE LIBRE

PAPAS
Crecimiento de rendimiento de cultivos de papas después de la aplicación de Powhumus (Egipto). Después de la aplicación de 6 kg/ha de Powhumus el rendimiento aumentaba de 900g a 1.200g por planta. El tamaño promedio de las papas aumentaba también. Papas de un tamaño grande o mediano preponderaban a papas pequeñas.  (foto 1, 2)

FRESAS
Crecimiento aumentado de los brotes y de las raíces en cultivos de fresas después de la aplicación de Powhumus (Alemania). La adición de 4 kg/ha de Powhumus a cultivos de fresas directamente después de su cultivo en invernaderos provocaba un crecimiento elevado de los brotes y de las raíces. Además el peso seco de las plantas aumentaba lo que prueba la absorción elevada de nutrientes. (foto 3, 4)


Onions

Also, onions were grown with POWHUMUS® . In the trial we incorporated 3 and 6 kg/ha of POWHUMUS®  into the soil. The fertilization was performed in accordance with usual good practices. Higher yields were measured up to 17 percent. The quality of the crops was improved as well. The percentage of marketable crop on the total harvest increased significantly as well. (See figure below)


Sugar Beets

When growing the sugar beets using a need-based mineral fertilization along with POWHUMUS® , a very good growth in earnings was achieved. The application of 6 kg/ha POWHUMUS®  shows an increase in yield of up to 21 percent, based on the sugar yield. (See figure below)


Corn

In a number of trials, corn was incorporated with 6 kg/ha POWHUMUS® into the soil. The fertilization was performed as usual in accordance with good practices. Higher grain yields were measured up to 14.7 percent compared to control. (See figure below) 


Strawberries

Increased shoot and root growth at strawberry cultures after 
POWHUMUS® application (Germany)

The addition of 4 kg/ha 
POWHUMUS® to strawberry cultures directly after their cultivation in greenhouses caused a strong growth of the shoots and the roots. Also, the dry weight of the plants increased, proving the increased nutrient uptake. (pic. 3, 4)

Basil (Ocimum basilicum)

The results of this study showed that the application of humic acid on growth and yield parameters was effective. Application of humic acid with concentration H4 (15 g/l for 0.5 m²) showed the best increase in growth and yield, but the biggest plant height was observed for H2 (5 g/l for 0.5 m²).

Wheat (Triticum aestivum)

Through the positive impact of applying 15 kg/ha of POWHUMUS®, an increase of the soil water holding capacity by 24 percent was achieved.
