Huminnat® natural soil solidifying agent for successfull reclamation.

...for the environment's sake

Open-cut mining dumps, overburden dumps, non-vegetated slopes as well as dry flushing pools and settling basins show, to a high degree, a tendency toward dust emission and soil erosion. Both phenomena represent a permanent environmental pollution. Huminnat is a soil solidifying agent produced on the basis of plant wax. It serves as an interim solution for binding the dust on problem areas or to support the reclamation and thus the restoration of flora and fauna.

...basically easy to apply

Thanks to its low viscosity, Huminnat can be applied as an undiluted agent by different spraying methods, e.g. by spraying vehicles or by helicopters from the air. As the active substance is finely distributed in Huminnat, all wetted soil particles are fixed with each other at their contact points after the spray has dried. The lattice structure obtained enables the precipitation water to ingress in the soil and the arising groundwater to escape. So far as a storage tank with mechanical agitator is used during the spraying operation, several soil aids (such as chop, fibrous materials) can be added to promote the sticking effect of Huminnt.

...a natural product

Huminnat is ecologically harmless, not inflammable and does not represent a hazardous substance. It is resistant to UV light and all pollutants expected in the nature. The origin of Huminnat is in close connection with the genesis of coal. Under tropical and subtropical conditions, the plants of the brown coal forests formed wax layers on their leaves to protect themselves against water losses. This wax withstood the coalification and enriched in the brown coal. Today raw montan wax - the basic substance of Huminnat is recovered from this brown coal.

...helps striking roots

Huminnat has a particular importance as soil solidifying agent for the vegetative soil surface coverage of problem areas. This product is able to fix the vegetation components and thus to prevent the soil from being further eroded and the seed from being dislocated. The fixation will be stable even during long dry periods or frosty winter months. If the weather conditions become favourable, the seed will emerge without any problems. The developing roots take over soon the erosion-inhibiting function of Huminnat.
